40+ branded training modules in two weeks

A complex set of technical source material spread across multiple formats had to become structured, editable, fully branded training modules — on a two-week deadline.

Scale that ruled out a manual approach

The source material combined slide decks, documents, internal wikis and reference manuals, each with its own structure and terminology. The client needed consistent, editable modules in its own brand templates — and the deadline ruled out a conventional writing process.

  1. 01

Defined the target module structure, learning-objective format and brand templates on day one.

  2. 02

Built an AI-assisted production workflow from scratch: source ingestion, restructuring into the module template and first-draft generation.

  3. 03

Placed human-in-the-loop checkpoints at each stage — subject-matter accuracy, terminology, tone and brand compliance — so nothing shipped unreviewed.

  4. 04

Ran production in parallel batches, with writers refining drafts while the pipeline processed the next set.

Delivered, and handed over

More than 40 structured, fully branded training modules were delivered in two weeks, all editable in the client’s own tooling. The workflow itself was handed over, so the client can extend the curriculum at the same pace.
