The data controller of mondi.tech is: MONDI-TECH Kft. 1085 Budapest, Kálvin tér 12. 9. em. (hereinafter referred to as: Mondi.tech).

Information (personal data) we collect from you

• You provide us information about yourself when you fill out our contact form: name, email address, your message.
• Website usage information. Our website collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. We collect, use and store or process your information in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, e.g. preparing a quotation.

Who will have access to your personal information?

Mondi.tech does not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties any personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties or subcontractors who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you. Such trusted parties may have access to personally identifiable information on a need-to-know basis and will be contractually obliged to keep your information confidential.

How long will we process your personal information?

We will only process your personal information as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose: entering into a contract. If the entering into a contract does not happen in 3 months after you contacted us, we will delete your data.

Mondi.tech complies with its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) by keeping personal data up to date; by storing and destroying it securely; by not collecting or retaining excessive amounts of data; by protecting personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure and by ensuring that appropriate technical measures are in place to protect personal data.

Your rights

Regarding your personal information you have the right to:

• Right to access: The right to receive information or request a copy of your personal data which Mondi.tech holds about you.
• Right of rectification: The right to request that Mondi.tech corrects any personal data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date.
• Right to erase: The right to request your personal data is erased where it is no longer necessary for Mondi.tech to retain such data. This right applies when the data processing relies on consent or legitimate interests as the lawful basis for holding the data.
• Restrict of processing: The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing.
• Object to processing: The right to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes.

Mondi.tech shall provide information on action taken on your request without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request.
Also, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, www.naih.hu.

In addition, you have the right to an effective judicial remedy where you consider that your rights have been infringed as a result of the processing of your personal data in non-compliance with the GDPR. Proceedings against Mondi.tech shall be brought before the courts of the EU Member State, where Mondi.tech has an establishment (i.e. Hungary). Alternatively, such proceedings may be brought before the courts of the EU Member State where you have your habitual residence.

What happens if you don’t give your personal data?

It is necessary to collect your data to be able to contact you upon your request sent via our contact form on page https://mondi.tech/eng/contact-us. If you don’t want to send your request via contact form you can send it via e-mail to info@mondi.tech.

Further processing

If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Privacy Policy, then we will provide you with a new notice explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions. Where and whenever necessary, we will seek your prior consent to the new processing.
